This campaign will highlight ways people and organizations can give back to Hillsides during the holidays.Every day for 25 days, the agency will feature one tip on its Facebook page (facebook.com/HillsidesChildren), on Twitter (@Hillsides), and on Instagram (@HillsidesPasadena). Each tip will highlight a specific action supporters can take to volunteer time, a talent, or to donate on-line. The campaign’s hope is to encourage people in the community to show how and why the holidays are a #SeasonToBelieve.“The outpouring of love and generosity during the holiday season by donors and volunteers gives those who Hillsides serves the opportunity to believe in the magic of the holiday season,” said Laura Kelso, director of community resources. “Their help goes a long way to help us provide for families who otherwise might not have any food on the table or gifts.”Hillsides, founded in 1913, is a premier provider dedicated to improving the overall well-being and functioning of vulnerable children, youth, and their families throughout Los Angeles County.
